I had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this hotel, with amazing food and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was genuinely kind and created a great atmosphere throughout the resort. However, I did miss having hammocks to lounge on and felt a bit let down that I couldn't grab a coffee before breakfast on my departure day. Overall, it was an excellent experience, but these small aspects could enhance it even further.
